Introduction

There are three types of Copper alloy contact wire：Copper-silver alloy contact wire, Copper-tin alloy contact wire and Copper-magnesium alloy contact wire .

Copper-silver alloy contact wire: In 1998, our factory took the lead in the domestic industry and successfully developed the copper-silver alloy contact wire. It was initially used in the speed-up sections of the Xilonghai Line and the Beijing-Guangzhou Line. It is now widely used on the main lines under the jurisdiction of the railway bureaus in Beijing, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Lanzhou, Nanchang, Taiyuan, Xi'an, Wuhan, Guangzhou, etc.

Copper-tin alloy contact wire: In 2006, in order to meet the requirements of high-speed electrified railways, our factory absorbed and digested advanced foreign experience and trial-produced a copper-tin alloy contact wire with higher strength, high temperature resistance and better softening performance. It passed the provincial and ministerial appraisal and was put into mass production.

Copper-magnesium alloy contact wire: In 2008, our factory developed a copper-magnesium alloy contact wire.
