The uses of paper-coated wire mainly include the windings of transformers, welding machines, electromagnets or other similar electrical equipment. 
Paper-coated wire has a wide range of applications in the manufacture of electrical equipment because of its excellent electrical, chemical, and mechanical integrity, as well as good elasticity, flexibility, tear resistance, moisture resistance, abrasion resistance, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and will not be damaged by insects, molds, and fungi, and it is compatible with all types of varnishes, adhesives, transformer fluids, lubricating oils, and freezing agents. Specifically:
(1) Transformer: paper wrapped wire is mainly used in the windings of transformers, which can effectively transfer electrical energy and ensure the normal operation of the transformer. The paper wrapped insulation can provide protection against damage to the windings by external factors, thus extending the service life of the transformer.
(2)Electric welding machine: In the manufacture of electric welding machines, paper-coated wire is used in the winding to ensure the stable operation of the welding machine due to its excellent insulating properties and mechanical strength.
(3)Electromagnets: Paper-coated wires are also frequently used in the manufacture of electromagnets to meet their requirements for current transmission and insulating properties.
(4) Other electrical equipment: In addition to the above equipment, paper-coated wire is also used in the manufacture of other similar electrical equipment, such as generators, to improve the efficiency and stability of the equipment.
